If you want to dry out the swamp: Don't ask the frogs

Continuation of Visit a doctor….

I'm a clairvoyant. Not really. Don't have to be one for the prediction I made: I said, that "Kassenärztliche Vereinigung", representing the doctors but responsible for patient's complaints would pull some nonsense to protect their member and not even deal with my complaint. Well… I was right.
This is what they did:

• Nothing (Not even an auto-reply)
• After a week and another call: "We have soooooo much to do. Thanks for your understanding. You'll probably get response today." → Didn't happen (surprise, surprise).
• On the precise day(!) the obituary appeared in the local newspaper (some coincidence…) after business hour a mail: "Your grandma has to file the complaint herself or authorize you."

Again, think of this: A helpless old woman, unable to do anything, is ignored by a medic. He openly says that he will not treat her pain and fear in the dying process. The organization responsible for dealing with such a fail (I would say it is criminal) tell arbitrary looking conditions for even accepting a complaint right in the moment they have 100% guarantee that those conditions cannot be fulfilled. Great ambages. I wouldn't be surprised if some hack lawyer took care of the case in the background.

To put it mildly: Having a doctor's behavior revised by an organization only representing doctors (not patients and not health insurance who pays the bills) isn't the smartest idea ever.

I'm done with humanity. Our society is a total loss.
