Hey there tempers.
Like the title says I REALLY need to calm but I need a way to calm down other than doing what I really really don't want to do right now.
So what methods or things can calm you or someone you know down when they are deadly seriously angry, hurt, upset and lied to?
I know this isn't much of a Blog worthy thing more like general off-topic but I'd rather have it here where my post count won't increase (I don't know if General off-topic posts increases your post count).
Also try to avoid any kind of flaming because I'm really not in the mood for that shit, plesae just stick to methods of calming down.
