I found something quite interesting

Today I went to return some books to my local (and only) library. Everything was quite normal until I noticed a new, different section of the library that only had VHS videos (or that's what I thought at the moment). I asked one of the workers about that new section and he told me that noone bothered to take a look into that section, so I could take one thing from that section for free and forever.

Then I took a look at the section and I saw something that didn't quite belong at that section, not even at a normal library, it was a Megadrive/Genesis case of Sonic the hedgehog!
I couldn't believe that, so I instantly grab it, I bring it to my house and... the original cartridge is there! Even the original instruction manual!

The game seems to be in pretty good shape, but sadly I don't have a Sega Genesis/Megadrive to test it...
What do you guys think I should do with it?

I forgot to add that the connectors/pins of the cartridge are in a good/decent shape, they don't seem to have any moisture or any corruption

Woah that looks neat. Are you in the PAL region or you just going to resell it?

I'm in the PAL region, but I don't care about it being slower than the rest of the regions.
And I don't know what to do with the game, as I said, I don't have a Genesis/Megadrive and I can't buy one right now

My cousin got a mega drive for free with a guy who did not want it anymore, the console was with 2 controls and VARIOUS original cartridges, including Sonic and Knuckles lock on.
