I am janthran and I'm here to let you know my 3DS survived

Well, Nintendo shipped it back and haven't said anything about my flashcart usage.
Nothing to be worried about, n00bs. They don't care about the DS no more.

So? All they're able to do to prevent one person from pirating is just update the firmware maybe.
If you sent in a custom firmware PSP, then they just update the PSP. Its not like they're allowed to keep or break your 3DS.

Most of them were related.
And Majorami, no, they can't keep/break your 3DS, but they can keep your flashcard if you accidentally send it in along with your system.

[/quote]I believe they CAN however choose to not fix it. In the Terms of Service of the 3DS is stated that, if the 3DS is used with unauthorized software, it is your own responsibility. Or something like that.

That is correct. They may void your warranty and refuse to fix the hardware unless you pay them to do so or just refuse to fix it at all.
