What if the Internet died? Or there was no power left? Or power rationing which meant you could only use the PC for an hour or so each day? What if you got into some sort of accident that left your hands disfigured and made it impossible to draw?

Dream is interchangeable with "career" when talking about jobs (ie, your dream job, or your career). To me, a job is something you earn money for, while a career is something you worked hard for.

Yeah, certain setbacks can keep you from achieving your goal (mental retardation, accidents, etc.), but unless you get into some kind of freak accident, hard work will eventually pay off.

Plus, this dream isn't far fetched either; it's not like he wants to go to the moon or something.

PS: Some don't wake up.
