Got my second OLED Switch chip in the mail

I had to leave almost as soon as I got home from work today, because my wife planned a weekend of Disney land/ Disney Sea, back in January. I’m crawling out of my skin because I’m ready to reassemble my OLED after a week of procrastinating/dreading fixing my clk wire. Exposed the ground plane by accident, removing mask from my first attempt (at some point in the install, the wire popped off… probably a cold joint). Mask, scratch, mask scratch, shitty mask not cured all the way gets messy when trying to solder something to that tiny ass via!

I FINALLY got good readings last night and masked the shit out of it. Even put my little 3-AAA battery UV flashlight on it and went to bed. In the morning, the light was still barely visible, but the mask wasn’t cured at all 😡. Put fresh batteries in it and had it on for just 15 minutes or so, while getting ready for work, and it had already started to harden. Did a bit more UV after work while getting ready to leave for our Tokyo trip, and it’s more than good enough to keep me from snagging the 0.1mm wire I used off of the joints (cmd came off too). Even managed to slip the x1’s heat shield back under the mod chip, without popping any other wires off. The only thing I need to do now is attach 3 wires to the chip (clk, cmd, and rst), and put it back together.
