Hey all.
My last exam was 3 days ago. It was a geology exam.
Geology is extremely easy for me..
In the exam hall, students can not turn their heads a single degree, and the desks are pretty far from each other.
The seating chart is absolutely random. No 2 kids in the same grade are next to each other.
Now since geology is really easy, I finished early.
Of course, I cannot leave before time's up.
I looked at my watch -- HOLY CRAP 50 minutes left.
There was no way I can stay that long without turning my head one degree..
I starting going mad.
There was a sticker on my desk with my name on it, to ensure I don't change my place.
I sort of crossed my name out, and, well unconsciously (I don't know what I was thinking.) I strangely drew a D-pad. (VERY AWKWARD I KNOW xD)
I started missing my DS and GBA like hell. I swear a second in that room is literally like an hour. Next to the D-pad I drew a circular A button and well, I kept repeatedly tapping arrows of the D-Pad and the A button making retarded combinations. Then this image starting appearing in my head.... 8-bit Mario world! OMG! AWESOME!
Kept moving Mario and pressing A button to jump. Jumped over Goombas, went through pipes, etc... Only awkward thing about this game was that it was really fast like a sonic game, as if it's being fast forwarded or something. Eventually I was winning many imaginary levels of my own and stuff and it was so real. Like there were actually bullet bills (<= I think that's what those black cannons are called) and mushrooms and bricks to smash. The strange thing is that I didn't even notice that I imagined an entirely new world until I snapped out of it at the sight of all the teachers looking down at me, a kid looking straight forward tapping stupid paper buttons. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated. WTF what going on? Lol.
And no I'm not some video game abusing addict or anything.
Gaming for me on average is like 1-2 hours of gaming a day, excluding days when I have a WoW subscription.
Maximum I played in one day was like 6 hours-ish (Thanks to Professor Layton and the Unwound Future)
So.. yeah I don't know what the hell was wrong with me, but I want to go back to 8-bit world without anyone looking at me! D:
Oh well
It was good.
