Its very silly for everyone, but for me, its cool, able to compile some simple code (actually its not mine, its an example file brought by fpc4nds). Fixing fpc.cfg, matching the libnds version, matching the DevKitARM version.. its exhausting, but im so curious about it that i cant sleep tonight 
Oh yes, installing DevKitPro in Windows is difficult on 32 bit, so instead using latest version of DevKitPro, im using the old one which has archived by @leseratte (thanks bro!)
And finally i can sleep now
