Found a puppy

Well today it was a stormy day in Bosnia, I just came home with my brother and we went upstairs to play our laptop, then when our mum came back she found a puppy right infront of our doorstep. I mean what are the chances of finding a puppy right in front of the doorstep? We decided to keep it and call it Lucci its a female but I dont know what breed, its really cute and all. Now its night and its sleeping in our garage we just gave it a shower, its sleeping with the rabbit but the rabbit is scared of the dog and the dog chases it for fun but the rabbit seriously is trying to avoid it and its jumping on the dog, but now my dad made it fall asleep somehow, well I wonder what will happen tomorrow.

Btw this is my first blog.

If it was, it should have had a collar on it.

It would probably have gone back to its previous owners the second it had the chance if it wanted to.

Recently born puppies usually don't wear collars or have any real sense of their owners. ( I know the op doesn't say it was still fairly young but seeing as it is a puppy...)
Also stormy weather (as mentioned) can be frightening to pups and cause them to run away.
Just saying put up some posters and ask around before get attached to the dog

Yea sure I can upload a pick tomorrow because every1 is asleep now but I gave my dog a comfortable place to sleep and its warm.

Btw Bosnia is not a populated country, we only have like 120 KB per second internet speed, we dont even have a garbage truck so we burn it =D, but ill be returning to australia in 2 months I think I have the most technology in this whole country :wtf:, so not a lot of people live around in bosnia so how will I find the owner?

And damn fking cat outside my house trying to get my rabbit D=< it almost got it tonight because somebody left the garage open, I quickly ran out the door and the cat was close to the rabbits hiding spot then it ran away.

I did a lot of research before purchasing my dog. If you need any tips, just ask. I'll give you a few to start off with though.

-use clicker training to train your dog. its much faster and easier for them to understand
-when purchasing dog food, make sure the first 5 ingredients aren't fillers
-always give your dog fresh water
-praise him lots when he does something correct
-when using an apparatus on your dog, make sure you let the dog sniff and see it first so he understand what its for. for example, nail clippers
-when cutting your dog's nails, make sure not to cut into the red part you see inside the nail. its called a "quick"
-clean your dog's ear or else it can get an ear infection
-trim the fur under his paw or it can get a paw infection
-learn not to always give him what he wants. dogs are smart, they take advantage of it. for example, i got my dog to learn its okay to be alone. it'll take a while and as cruel it sounds and how sad as the dog sounds, ignore the noise they make when you leave them alone. you have to let them know that someone isn't always physically there for them

If you want to know what clicker training is, search on youtube. From my experience, its very successful.

Can't this dog live in your house rather than a dog house outside or garage ? Its not natural and not healthy, you know. :)
An animal being outside isn't natural or healthy?

So back in the days before houses there were so few animals because most of them died due to poor health and living conditions?
I agree with you. They only do this in the USA where they put there dogs into there houses and even dress those dogs up when it rains(some idiots do that). I will always thing the dog should live in your yard. when my parents had dogs those dogs barely ever even went inside the house(Not living in USA)...

^That's disappointing in my opinion. I think you should get an animal to give it shelter, love and food. I think it's so fucked up if you just treat it like a wild animal by letting it stay outside all day. That's just keeping it contained, not sheltering it...

Keeping a dog inside all day is cruel, and so is keeping it chained outside all day.

Neither of this things is Natural behavior for the dog.

If youre going to keep it outside all day, keep in unchained, in a yard with at least one mode of shelter, whether it be under the porch or a dog house.

Here is the picture of my puppy =D

Here is an extra picture of my cat =D

My cat sometimes runs away and comes back a few days later so lucky it came today and I took a picture.

Sorry I couldnt take a picture of my rabbit, it was under a car while it was raining, didnt want to wet my DSi.

Awww, puppy is cute ^_^

So who's going to take care of her when you go back to Australia?

I never said it was chained. And why will a dog want to be inside? It wants to be outside and play with the other dogs that my parents had.
