Shit, this dude is hard eh? tell me your formations. I didn't played it in two weeks but still I'm trying to inform you as best as I can.

I used :

Lightning - Rav - Medic - Rav
Hope - Rav - Medic - Med
Fang - Com - Com - Com

Max those roles out. When he does destructo you need to attack him with the first paradigm. Then you hear a flash and a moan and then his destructo attack gets allot weaker. Be carefull the battle is hard.

* Use a librascope at the start of the battle. (If you want to.)

If this doesn't help aks help at Gamefaqs. They'll help you. Seriously.

Lightning - com - rav - medic
Sazh rav - synergist - com ( I'm using Sazh cos he is the only one that can use haste, which is really helpful)
Vannile - rav - sab - medic (she's my best medic)
I use a librascope.
I use the paradigm slash and burn for attacking and combat clinic for healing.
Unfortunately, it seems I can't go back to re - battle and gain more CP.
Thanks for the advice, did you use a summon?
edit: Oh I realised i can go back and fight so my team is higher leveled now..
Also got lightning a axis blade, charges atb gauage faster

Yeah, I dunno about that formation, I don't like to use Sazh so..
Light's weapons are good,
Fang - Lightning - Hope is the best formation I heard so just so you know..
Yeah, I used a summon, to make some quick damage.
