Dragon Warrior IV

Just a random blog. I started playing Dragon Warrior IV for the nes. It's a nice game so far. Fairly decent graphics, okay story, nice gameplay. I've never really gotten into the Dragon Warrior/Quest series but I kinda like this one. The main character looks kinda dumb though

DQIV remake still retains that old school feel and is well made. Same goes for DQV and DQVI. I almost beat both V and VI, but got bored near the end (the very end for VI). I made it to the Hero's chapter in IV and at that point, I found I wasn't in a DQ mood.

They are all fine games though. It's a shame they took so long to get out of Japan.

Eh, I might try it out, but I think I'll stick to the nes version for nostalgia's sake. Not that I have any particular nostalgia with the series, I just like playing nes games on my wii.

Yeah I found they have petered out too. I have been slowly losing faith in the dq franchise over the years. Of course it could just be that I am older and not into things for kids anymore....
