For my gym (Lifetime Fitness and Wellness...whatever.) class, I had to go onto mypyramid.gov and check what my diet should be in, and then record my diet for three days. (http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index.aspx)
Anyway, it says that I should be eating 2600 calories a day. That is A LOT. Most of my diet right now is nuts and cheese, which are both calorie-rich (both protein and fat), along with more than enough carbs to keep me going. As far as actual vitamins and nutrients, and not macronutrients, I often times eat some other fruits + veggies, usually for breakfast, but that's moreso with fruits than vegetables. Like i can't eat what's in fig1. That's a lot. I can have one corn cob FOR dinner. Whatever.
Dark Green Vegetables = 3 cups weekly
Orange Vegetables = 2 1/2 cups weekly
Dry Beans & Peas = 3 1/2 cups weekly
Starchy Vegetables = 7 cups weekly
Other Vegetables = 8 1/2 cups weekly
So yeah. Still worrying about work. Feeling like life might be coming to a close. Trying to get my girlfriend to make some friends (hasn't made any since high school), so that's fun.
(Before I say this next thing I should mention that I'm in an open relationship): I also met this really cute girl in psych class, and she seems to be in to me (who isn't, right?). We'll see - most women are put off by the fact that I have another girlfriend (despite that I'm not being dishonest or anything).
Later, guys!
EDIT!: Also, Pokémon B/W got a famitsu 40/40. Doesn't mean too much, but we know that they didn't completely bomb it.
