I know. I'm a few years late.
With Skyward Sword being outside the range of possibility in any form until I know how much I need to spend on schooling (applications, primarily), I had to decide on a new game to really break my Wii in with. Then, a thought came to me. "Super Mario Galaxy, of course!" After checking out size and all, I decided to go for it.
This, to me, is a great example of how easily motion controls can be interlaced with standard controller game play. This game is pretty much everything good about the controls of the system, rolled into one. The game looks nice, plays well, and is fun to go through. My one complaint is that the controller makes far too much noise when I'm playing at three in the morning.
I loooove this game.
