I know this is pretty stupid but...

I have to say get the shoes and maybe get them online since in all the time I have looked I have never found a phone under 200 dollars since it would cost more to get the phone and unlock it and sell it and make a good profit unless you can say what kind of phone you want since it's kind of hard to find what you want.

What phone do you have now?
If it's bad I'd say go for the phone.

i bought an awesome mobile about 100$ with TV, 2 sim card slots , 2 memory card slots, unlocked with free 2 gb MicroSD card clicky

Can I trust those sites though? I would rather have a site that people have purchased from. Like people from here at GBAtemp ^^

No you can't well I guess I can't really help since I haven't bought shoes or cellphones online but if you do find a good site with a cheap phone you might be able to get one pair of shoes so I guess you get a both kind of.

Well... You tried to help, and I guess that is helpful. I might choose to get 2 pairs of Nikes. One Cortez (White, Black Logo, Nylon) and maybe Nike Dunks or Air or Air Forces. I still gotta go to FootLocker to see ^^

I say go with the shoes. Nothing beats a new pair of kicks. If you want to get even more shoes for your buck, maybe get some fakes. Most fake Jordans or Nikes cost about $60. Thats pretty much $100. But if you wanna keep it ledgit. I say go for a pair of Air Force 1; one black pair and one white. Or you could get one pair of Jordans. Some nice ones though. Preferably in the actual air jordan line.

My friend owns a pair of Black and White ones, looks legit, and they are the hi-cut ones... iunno if that is the right word to descibe them.

Low Tops are my style ^^. Mid/High aren't for me... Not much of a b-baller, but I am decent... Play good defense... I gots a lot of air in me~ Maybe it is because I am asian... A lot of people say it is because I got hops and cause I am asian x]

Pft no... Shoes pwn phones. Well atm it is... First of all, my parents don't trust online sites that much especially ebay... so I can't get unlocked phones. Secondly, all phones at fido aren't that great... they keep on telling me, oh go fido just because everyone in my family is there. So what else... I can't say much anymore about phones...

And shoes, I got only 3 pairs of shoes that I own. Each pair, getting a little... Old. Like my vans, are getting dirtied, but am planning on cleaning them up this summer. My converse are getting old since the leather is coming off and same goes with my jordans. And I can get 2 pairs of shoes... Not some random shoes... Nike Airs and stuff xDD

As someone who has an ancient cellphone with no plans to ever upgrade, (LOL I use it for just *GASP* phone calls) I would say get some shoes. Assuming the phone doesn't have some amazing feature that you absolutely need, I would get the shoes.

Agreed, what are you, a woman? I have one pair of trainers. I'd call someone with 3 trainers indecisive, never mind wanting to get two more pairs. And then you never even look at your feet, what impact does a pair of shoes have on your life?
Just get a phone, it's a million times more useful, and you won't grow out of it or get it worn out.

Alternatively, there might be a shoephone out there somewhere XD.

I would love a shoephone, but really. The phone is for calling. Nothing else. so I would get the shoes, but maybe there were good sites to get a phone from. But yea... And someone else said shoes... Like really, the phone I have works perfectly...

Unless you have a prepaid phone or aren't a person who like the latest technology, you will be replacing phones every 2-3 years. Even then some prepaid plans will let you replace your phone after 3 years.
