Since about 90% of you are guys, I'm going to figure that this method won't apply to you. I have a "pocket rocket" - an adult toy that vibrates for pleasure. I don't use it for it's intended method, but I'd say it makes a good pokewalker cheat device. I take a plastic polybag (like the size that comes with extra buttons on a shirt), an elastic band, a AA battery, some tape, and an empty toilet paper roll.
1) Put the Pokewalker into the plastic bag.
2) Tape the bag and the Pokewalker to the adult toy
3) Add the battery
4) Use the elastic band as extra coverage
5) Twist to start the mechanism
6) Put it into a empty toilet paper roll to prevent it from rolling over
