I am changing the focus of the research.
Due to the way the inventory is set up in the save file, the inventory cannot be exploited. Yes, it can certainly crash, but it isn't stored in a way that I can exploit it.
But yet there is another method I am looking into right now. It also seems set up in a way that I cannot overflow it. If that is the case, then Fateshaxx will not be a thing.
Another thing: The file name and the avatar name can be different. So I can use a name for the menu, and use another name in game. Also, in the load menu, you can customize the chapter name as well (even "Chapter" itself).
So I can have for example:
File Select Screen:
1. FatesHaxx (File Name), Homebrew Launcher (Chapter Name)
In-Game:
*Whatever you want*
