Can't sleep well since a few days. Looking for tips.

I suppose the stress and anticipation of installing A9HL put my brain on haywire and that's why I can't seem to sleep more than 3 hours a night since a few days. I thought that once it was done the tension would fall and I'd be able to sleep 12 or so hours straight...but no. Haven't been able to sleep well since saturday either...even if I am on holiday so I should be free of any worries...

It might not be an option for you, but not using electronics or lessening the amount you use them.
For a few days to about a week or two, might better you sleep ritme (and eyes)
I tend to do it myself every several months, to take away the strain from my eyes.

I've heard of that method Cyan suggested. Don't sleep. Stay awake and try to sleep the next day instead. :)

Work out, if you can't tire your mind, tire your body, do any long routine (20 minutes at the very least), do not stop UNTIL you finish completely all the sets, it will help you sleep and clear your mind.

Slept quite well this night after drinking herbal tea, dancing to some music and doing breathing exercises in my bed...

I don't really want to be tested, I'm not autistic, I just have a lot of similar symptoms than autistic persons have.
That's not because you have symptoms that you have that illness (if you have a cold you can sneeze, but it's not because you sneeze that you have a cold)
My problem is more social, more a phobia and self esteem issue than autism. I don't think talking to someone else is useful.
