Long story short... My 3ds had CFW since 11.7 and one day decided to let my cousin use it but when i got it back from him it no longer had CFW but was able to get into Luma config, it also had a borked DS Mode meaning i couldn't use frogminer or Seedminer (yes im broke) to install CFW. After...
