Being legit actually feels...Good

Hola, Forum!

First of all. I started buying iPhone apps.
I have bought Colloquy, Angry Birds (was gifted to me) and Osfoora (Also gifted)

When I saw "buying" I mean it is not pirated.

All my Steam games are legit and not pirated.

I like not relying on a a jailbreak for the next iOS before upgrading. My most used apps were Twitter (Osforra), Angry Birds, And Colloquy (irc)

So... now with my most used apps I can update and not worry, And pirate other apps then buy it i like.

And Steam Games. It feels great buying some good fun cheap games. I only really pirate on DS now.

Yeah, I like buying Apps. I would of Asked for Osfoora HD (why add the HD? It's silly) But I use my iPod more then my iPad. Also, I use TweetDeck on the iPad because it's awesome.

The only thing I really like about Osfoora is all the integration. TwitLonger, TwitPic (or yfrog), Shows whatever song i am playing by a tap on the screen (even podcast's which other apps don't play nice with).

So... Back to life stuff!

Tonight we're going to my dad's friends house (like we do every year to break the fast)
I really enjoy it. I hang out with the 20+ year old since I am the youngest.
Last year they smoked Sheshe in the basement. Some time in this year (past) I tried Shesha.
It was fine. I may do it tonight.

It is a pleasure to see everybody again.

They have great there also.

So.... Anybody on the temp have Chine (Steam)?
I plan to buy it.

Fuck, my dad is right. Money does burn a hole in my pocket.

Oh well.

I know how you feel I just bought 10 nds games for €100! WOW I feel great. BUT I pirated black and white but I have fun :wub:

But I know completely how you feel!

That's because that's the only way you could play Steam games online.
If you could pirate and still play online, you would do that in a jiffy.

All of my Steam games are legally paid for too....but that's because it's more of a convenience to scrape up the extra money for a Steam game than it is to pirate it. You can't really say the same for most other content. :P

Yeah I'm sure it does feel great to spend your parents' money xD!

Spending your own doesn't feel good at all, but its the right thing to do so :P

Supporting the wealthy means supporting the poor.

Someone rich has a lot of money - he pays employees. He pays a mortgage. He pays utilities. He pays for much more in the entertainment spectrum than we do. All of that money comes back to us - that's how an economy works - it goes bad when people stop spending money.

You can't be a smoker [in modern society] and not pirate something... On the other hand you can be a pirate and not smoke. ;) I choose my healthy dose of a bowl of free software, and not a $50 bowl of tobacco.

He smoked once, and might do it again.

Smoking once in a while is his choice, and it won't ruin his life smoking twice.
