When I still had my first 3ds that I got at launch, (I sold it after completing the games I had) I downloaded it when it was free.

The reason they were happy was because it is one of the five dsiwarehax games that don't need to be injected.

Ya know, they should put it back on the market. It was a shitty game, but it was kinda fun in multiplayer.
