All I can say is that if I had 6 million dollars, I sure as hell wouldn't waste it on trying to create useless stuff like this. Nowadays, that could all be CG and no one would know. In fact, I think some of it WAS faked, regardless of what they might have said about it. How did they make those wheels go UP the ramp? Anti-gravity wheels? That muffler that flip-flop rolled didn't seem realistic to me either, it should have stopped far short of its destination, like after one or two "flips". I've seen a lot of these "fantastic machine" vids and, while elaborate, you could tell that they WERE at least plausible, this one just doesn't seem like it is 100% real at all.
The fact that the tyre goes up the ramp isn't as much of a problem as the fact it actually got faster...I always noticed that on the advert, but I still loved it
