Hello everyone! It's been a while since I posted one of these blogs, and since I am currently on Fall Break (basically, I have no school this week) I decided it would be a good idea to give a brief update of how things have been on my end.
I'll start with the elephant in the room, how has High School during a pandemic been for me? Surprisingly good so far. Due to the fact I only have one in-person class, I don't have to attend school all 5 days of a school week. And I'm in the optimal conditions to take online lessons, so it's been pretty safe so far. And while the U.S. has not done a good job with dealing with the pandemic, I am fortunate enough to live in a county that has dealt pretty efficiently with the pandemic. So everything has been going smoothly so far in regards to school. But online classes require a lot more effort than a regular in-person class would, so I'm still pretty busy with managing that. So don't expect me to become that active again in the temp just yet.
As for the rescued cat? He is an absolute psychopath. We decided to name him Dante, based on the author of the Divine Comedy. And while he was a shy little guy, now he just won't stop moving. He has got to be one of the most hyperactive cats I've ever seen. He is always moving and doing something, and he doesn't get along with our other cat. Those two hate each other's guts. With them fighting constantly, so we have to keep distance between the two while we try for them to coexist. Here is a picture of the furball I took recently, he has come a long way from when we rescued him from that truck.

Going back to the topic of high school, I've also been doing excellently when it comes to grades. So it has been a great start so far to the school year. Also something that has been going on ever since I posted the last blog, is that I had a lot of talks with a recent friend of mine: @VinsCool, and we have become quite close. Not in the romantic sense, but we've just developed a friendship that I truly treasure. And talking to Vin has been a great experience that sure has helped brighten my day on a couple of occasions, and for that I'm grateful.
So that's a brief summary of how things have been going on my end. Some of you might notice that I still visit the temp and give a like to a post or something. Well, that's because I basically just went back to my lurker days in a sense. I always visit the temp whenever I have the time, but I simply don't have the time to be an active user anymore due to the fact that online learning just requires much more of my time. I just love this community too much for me to truly go away for a while, so I can't wait until I have the time to become active again.
