6 Ways To CURE DEPRESSION, I'm very serious.

I was sitting on WC then youtube recommended me this great video lul very convincing and useful. I hope it could help some people here in particular those are going through hard times.

The title should probably read, "treat depression" rather than "cure depression", but hey, at least the dude is trying to educate people on why this modern lifestyle is .....depressing.

actually he shared something original: going outside is the 1st step to get out of depression, it's rather encourage depressed people to change rather than give them a "cure".

Technically? I thought the first step was outlined as "Physical Activity", which doesn't necessarily have to be limited to going outside.

Though, I don't think it's an entirely original method. It has been proven the human body will release endorphins through exercise.
