But to be fair I'm paying for most of mine with a gift card I got by trading in a LOT of games. And most of my last paycheck. And I'll still need to use a pretty hefty chunk of this month's paycheck. And that's before I get any games.

If it arrives before I go to work (1:20) then drop me a line about how good Samurai Warriors is, I've not been able to get my grubby mitts on a test copy and I'm looking to pick it up later.

Right now I work at my local JJB Sports store. Minimum wage, crappy hours, and my expenses every month are near endless. I generally walk away with about £450 a month but my outgoings are normally near the £350 mark 'cause I have to pay rent, pay for my dog, pay for his food, and my phone and broadband bills. Not exactly the high life. But if my plans work out I'll be writing pro for Edge Magazine soon.

Anyway, is Samurai Warriors any good? I'm going to the midnight launch in a little over two hours and I'm still not sure whether to get that or Pilotwings. I've played Pilotwings and loved it but it seems like it'd be short. Whereas Samurai Warriors looks to be pretty long but it's an unknown in terms of gameplay. I'd prefer to just get both but I seriously doubt I'll have the finances to pull a stunt like that off.

Also, if anyone knows if Ridge Racer or Monkey Ball are win/fail..? Both reduced, see. Can get them nearly half price.

I can't believe Europe already got it a few days earlier than the US, and on top of that, they started selling them a few days earlier.

Looks like we have to wait until Sunday and watch all the Europeans talk about their fancy new 3DSs...

I'm sorry to hear that. You sound like a really nice guy... Are you stuck at your job? I think that getting a nicer job will do you a lot of good.

Also, I played Samurai Warriors, and it is a LOT more deep then Pilot Wings. The 3D wasn't as good... But the gameplay was better.

Repeatingly attacking enemies if you like those kind of games, making combos etc, go for it. It does have a story element as well and a lot of text reading as voice acting is in japanese. I'll need to spend another few hours before I start advising to people.
