Watched/listened Flight of the Conchords for the first time in my life. They are a couple of New Zeland guys that make jokes while playing music, good music. Hillarious.

It's not as difficult compared to replacing the disc drive from a 360 which requires flashing the new DVD drive board with the keys from your old drive. Not a very easy process to do.
