I have a DSIXL with Twilightmenu but, When I going to boot a DSIWARE game, it sends me straight to the Main menu of the twilightmenu.

In the future it's better if you ask questions about twighlight in the official twighlight menu thread. That way the dev of twighlight will notice and be able to help you. Anyhoo I will tag the dev so he can answer your question.
