Specs: phenom ii x3 450, hd 5600/5700, 8gb ddr3. It runs decently, but it's way lower than the min recommended specs, so is it because that? Or just bugs?

Because the sheer amount of monetisation potential it has, and how badly it could further corrupt an already-avaricious industry, is crashing your computer.
Your computer cannot handle the incredibly-low gacha odds or how restrictive the Resin timer is.

To be honest, your PC belongs in a museum rather than a gaming setup. That stuff is from before 2010. You might get a few months of stable gameplay if you upgrade your GPU to something that is at least slightly above the minimum requirements. A used GTX 970 or RX 470 would do just fine. If the problem persists, try upgrading your RAM to 16 Gigs.

I guess that your CPU is not the problem, but three cores isn't that much. Did you manage to unlock your fourth CPU core? You can turn most X3 450 CPUs into X4 ones (depending mostly on if it was an early model with an actually flawed fourth core or a newer one that only had the fourth core locked via software).

Though, if you got the money and want to be ready for future games, I'd recommend a new PC build altogether.

@RichardTheKing so basically, they're purposely crashing my PC because profits?

@Axido it runs Csgo in 768p (I only have a 768p monitor) "pro settings", so don't really have much problem with it, and it does it job decently. I'm probably just gonna buy a Series S when I aquire enough funds, because it's probably gonna last for 8+ years for 300$, and it's way better than any pc around that price range, in terms of gaming. And no I haven't unlocked anything.

Asking about pc stuff on gbatemp is not a good idea. But heres why its crushing: 1-cpu overheating or 2-another component will break very soon probably the gpu. That's 99% why its crushing and considering youre using an amd cpu id say its the first one. Also 8gb is more than enough for todays standards. Good luck.

Because your specs suck for real, phenom ii x3 450 came out September 2010, so you won't really have much problem running CS Go since it came out in August 2012. You can't expect to run well when you don't meet the recommended specs.

If you look at Genshin Impact minimum specs you would want at least a Core i5 or Equivalent meaning at least 4 cores/4 threads, and a NVIDIA GeForce® GT 1030 or better.

believe me, the game would probably run like shit on my pc too. before I knew about the return policy (too late now), I was getting only 15fps with dragon quest xi. I didn't think of my specs at the time especially after everyone was saying it ran well on their pc. I will never buy another dell pc again. I've been impressed by my parents lenovo. far cheaper and far better than a dell.
