I heard that installing luma3ds will let you play out of region games, what i mean is that when you download an eu region game it would work on a na region 3ds, is this true? When i downloaded team kirby clash (eu version) it doesnt seem to work, do i need to download something else for this to work?

Also what would happen if i were to download an new 3ds exclusive game on my normal 3ds? Would it work like normal?

you can't run n3ds games on 3ds and you can install boot9strap and rosalina to get what you desire as luma is a bit out of date. Here is the website for it 3ds.guide

Mythical you are wrong. Rosalina is a built in feature of Luma. Rosalina is not a cfw
