Gaming If I use a USB key to put my XBOX 360 games on, will it be slower than if I use a USB hard drive?

Depends if you get a quality USB key.
I load mine from a 128 GB USB 3.0 USB key and it works fine.
Install is a little slow but Xkey installs are slow to begin with.

Generally speaking if you're comparing flash storage to an HDD then the USB flash disk should actually be heaps faster, assuming it's not some crappy freebie you got at a conference or something. A decent SanDisk, Toshiba, or Kingston for example should serve you well.
