Region free games for softomodding of the Xbox?

As far as I know theres 5 games you can use to softmod the Xbox, but I can't remember the last one so... Yeah, I'd like to know if the PAL versions of the following are region free on the Xbox:

James Bond 007 Agent Under Fire
Mech Assult
Splinter Cell
(I know Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 is region locked)

The 5 games are.

- Splinter Cell (All variants work) region free

- Mech Assault (The original, black label variant only) region free

- 007 Agent Under Fire (Black label preferred, Platinum Hits will work only if the disc code is 1448517) can't find any info if it's region free or region locked

- Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4 region locked

- Rocky can't find any info if it's region free or region locked

I see, that also makes a total of 6 games, perhaps I'll look into the 3 with no info in the future to help people like me in soft modding their Xbox.

Welp, I spent 3 weeks getting Splinter Cell ordered and shipped here and all that stuff, annoyingly enough it didn't work

Its a PAL copy of Splinter Cell, to try to use with my xbox (NTSC)
Despite being told otherwise from 2 other people that its region free, it actually isn't

You'll need to obtain a NTSC copy if your xbox is NTSC.
You can't get a PAL copy to work on a unmodded Xbox.
