Hey, hey! I was curious and this might be considered a dumb question to ask, but anyway...

If I were to get a New Nintendo 3DSXL, and it didn’t have Homebrew and all that, is it possible to move all the files and Homebrew stuff to the new system in any way? Cause I really would rather not go through the long process of re-Homebrewing my 3DS again.

Please answer my question if you can. Thank you very much for your time!

Yes, just move the data from SD. You may have to reinstall CIAs (as they will not be system-transferred) and export and import save data on the new system. You will have to re-homebrew it however. This is why you should see if you can find a used system on a confirmed lower firmware, or one already with homebrew. Note: New 2DS XL's ALWAYS come on a firmware greater than 11.5, so those cannot be hacked for free.
