Homebrew Can I log into another switch if my Nintendo account is banned?

Hi everyone!
I'd like to ask a quick question.
I got banned on my console with error 2181-4008. I can still log onto my Nintendo Account on the Nintendo.co.uk website and everything (full access).
Can I buy a new switch and log onto that one perfectly fine.
I contacted nintendo and they said it is not possible anymore for me however I can still log onto my nintendo account which don't make any sense to me.
PLEASE HELP!

You can. Hell my account on my 3ds is still fine (I can buy games and all that good jazz)
