It's just a novel with graphical and audio enchancements. It's not ecchi or an erogame or whatever.

Now if this covers what I think this covers it's Cero D (Mature) because of someone nearly gets beaten to death, not to mention the masturbation and attempted rape. Oh and someone gets gutted with a bowie knife.

For a cut down and watered down version of this story you can watch the anime of the same name, it is the only version of the story completely translated into english.
