dreamcast homebrew?

i tried googling it, and i couldnt find a website that was too big on homebrew for dreamcast. i just recently got one and ive found a random mp3 player or a genesis emulator+roms, but is there anyone who can point me in the right direction for a homebrew dreamcast site?

i am trying to play GST with the nunchuck and wm+ but the wii motion plus is not recognized when the nunchuck is in. as soon as i unplug it though the movements are 1:1. is there any way to make them work together? i cant seem to find an answer to this.

i just beat castlevania: portrait of ruin (actual cartridge) and i want to back my save up to use with the R4... how can i do this?

i would like to convert a game from pal to ntsc mainly because i have a widescreen tv and i would like to play it in the widescreen resolution to properly fit my tv. does regionfrii do that as well? or does it only make it playable on an NTSC wii with the PAL resolution?
