I'm also thinking this is BS for the stated reasons in this thread and the fact that Nintendo would loose a significant amount of hardware sells. If you can pirate on the NGP and not the 3ds that would make it a selling point much like the 360 and the ps3 a while back.

I'm pretty sure these will come bundled with a memory stick or whatever format they're gonna use. I wouldn't expect more than 4gb memory stick for the basic ones though.

There are people who pirate every game they can get, people who buy every game they want, and peolpe pretty much anywhere in between. Its likely that your not going to change by fighting or otherwise. .At the end of the day fighting about this will only make you waste time and look stupid.
