This should work very pretty much every game that uses a battery to save the game data. So not just Gameboy games.

Hey all,

I formatted my HDD to WBFS and did put the Zelda Skyward Sword Demo on it. Using CFG loader. It sees the game and I hit load.
But then it hangs on IOS Reload: Blocked.
While when I use a SD card WBFS it can load the Zelda Skyward Demo without problems.

Is there a new kind of useage for HDD's now in the Wii scene? Just FAT32/NTFS or so?

Hey'll,

I wanted to rip some Kirby TV Channel clips from the Nintendo server.
But I don't know what application I have to use as Proxy. (All Proxy's that I've found just don't do it..)

Can someone help me a hand on this one?

Heya'll,

Some games lately have been stopped working / stopped working properly on me.
I have a 4.2E Wii, with BootMii IOS and Boot2. HBC, and a custom homebrew loader channel.
Some Custom channels which I'd have to update. And still the Trucha IOS16.

I want to start all over again, but keep my saves, friends etc.

I eventually want to go to 4.3E, as Zelda SS will mostly likely use it, or eventually 4.4 (or 4.5/ 5.0). As I will be buying it unlike some around here, and there might be a AP to make it stop working on loaders, I need the latest IOS (80) too etc.

So what are my options? ModMii seems to be outdated to me. (Edit: It seems to be updated to 4.7.1 Today.)

Also, where can I find some nice forwarding custom channels. (For Gecko OS, Usb Loaders, Cheats, and might some other recommended tools?)

And are there any hacks for 4.3E but that you won't be needing PreLoader/PriiLoader (To prevent Disc updates, Online updates, Skip warning screen, Region free etc..)

P.S. I just backuped all of my backups on my HDD to my PC, and gonna format the Wii HDD.
Should I remain using WBFS, or is there anything better now? (I doubt it..)

I do want to use a Fat32 partition on the same HDD, for movies etc on PS3.
(First Partition Fat32 and second should be WBFS, right?)

Heya'll,

I wanted to play my Wii again today, using my backups via USB (HDD).
But, all out of a shudden, old and new games start to freeze a after a little on the loading disc part, In the game, not the loader.

The LED indicator on my HDD stops flickering, and nothing happens on screen, it just hangs on the disc loading part, after the health and safety screen of the game.

What could it be?

I tried different USB Printer cabels, neither that did made any difference.

EDIT:

It only seems to happen to Animal Crossing and Xenoblade so far..?
Animal Crossing worked before.. I shall try the original Animal Crossing DVD just for the sake of it.
