It's a pretty known tool, works in command line but can do pretty much anything to any type of rom.

7-12 business days, saturday/sunday does not count...

And it's certainly a chinese website, 7-12 days is certainly a bit optimistic, most of time it should take about 20 days, sometimes more if your package gets stuck in customs.

Just wait a little more.

Hori (or other brands) makes some anti-fingerprints screen protectors, more expensive than the usual ones, obviously quality has a price... may be a solution.
