I was checking out the PSP scene when I stumbled upon this nice file manager tool for the PSP.
Seems to be able to handle image/text viewing as well.
I have not installed it myself, still, might as well share it with you guys.

picture viewer:
- fixed a bug that Filer was crashed when reading picture in background at low memory.
- made scroll speed faster whie reading picture in background.
- added a feature to jump to the edge of the picture by pressing START with left, right, up and down.
- enabled to move next/previous picture while reading picture in foreground.

This is for their Slot 2 flashcards.

Not sure why they dated it 2007.10.01 but I'm quite sure it was not there before yesterday....
Will check out what it does upon download.
