Leave it as is. The temperature rating on there is their normally allowed temperature to achieve the guarenteed lifetime and function. If you use it in a hotter enviroment, they will die faster possibly 'instantly'. Seeing as the thing might get hot, you might need to replace them sooner rather then later. But in all probability, not extremely soon (the capacitors that were in there were simply rubbish and very cheap, these are probably fine). Personally pretty much only replaced with 105 caps but I could very well have used an 85er in one of the monitors I patched up. Can't say I ever felt the air around the monitor get that hot :P.

Fast really explained it well, but to be simple:
Native for your monitor is always best (LCD). IF it is an LCD and it supports X x Y as a maximum, set it to that.

In Topic: PS3 CFW 3.55 not running backups properly

Hm... no games seem to work, aside from original blu-ray disks I put in. Could be an issue with BDEMU v2? That sounds like the first suspect to me...

[edit]Changed the payload from Hermes to Standard made my backup of Ridge Racer work, but still gives me red-yellow bar of death (have not yet redumped uncharted)

[edit2]Surprisingly I fixed it. It appears the problem was that I was indeed using an 'old dump'. That is to say, the position on my harddisk was wrong, it was still in the old 'launch12345/gamez' directory which didn't fly with multiMAN apparently. Thought of it thanks to you Cyan ;). As for Catherine, it SHOULD work, but the patch I had didn't so I found a new one which I am currently leaching (requires quite a lot of rewritten game files).

In Topic: Wanting to change a spare monitor to allow wireless capabilities?

Maybe not wireless, but an UTP extender? Seeing as you are already wanting to use a wireless controller...

Depending on what you want to use and what you want to pay that works fine. Use one myself (different one, more pricy ;)) with VGA with a cat5 cable to connect my plasma to my PC. Depending on the price and type you can reach up to 100m-200m-300m easy (powered > unpowered).

Okay thanks for the reply.

So it means even if i get fake games or game boy games,i can save it on that thingy?

Gij trol. Did a google for you on what the product is. For those of you who don't know: it's a memory stick for the GBA which is capable of booting on the GBA (my guess is via the link code) and then saving the save file of a cart that is inserted onto it's own memory.

So in short: You can save on the thing, but you cannot SAVE on the thing. The actual game save HAS to go to a cartridge before this thing can copy it.
