Rejoice haskell users, there is a port of hugs98 for the Nintendo DS. Hugs98 is a bytecode interpreter for the functional programming language haskell.
If you don't know what ndstrim is check it out here
I've been working on a few front-ends for recover's excellent trimmer, the one I have invested most time in is the "daemon".
The daemon watches a directory for nds files(or 7z, zip and rar archives), when one is dropped into the watch directory it trims it and outputs it to the target directory(which could be your flashcart for example) deleting the original(if you want).
v 1.27 -reads input from config file -added a few options(save original file, error file creation) -made it more OO, was spaghetti code before
Hmm, this seems tailored to a niche market, *nix users who are proficient in CLI . A small gui is included, it is very bare though. Enjoy, any complaints/comments/general bitching are welcomed.
My g6 lite has been acting weird the last couple of weeks, it randomly erases saves, doesn't startup properly and games freeze at random points. I've tried everything to fix it but nothing has worked so far and I suspect its due to hardware damage. I decided to buy an ncard as a replacement since its cheap. I have a few questions though
1. When using the gba slot writer is it detected as a usb storage device(no drivers?) 2. How long does it take to write a rom(512Mb for example)
A dirty little script I wrote to burn 360 backups under linux. Its written in ruby. Images have to be in .000 or .iso format to work. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Im just starting to learn ruby so excuse any stupid mistakes I may have made.
ill be posting it in the gbatemp download section soon.
enjoy!
edit: made a couple of bug fixes, speed option added , checks for extensions and best of all I just tested it with the darkness, its working alright.
