hello,

you may have received PM spam lately.
we are trying to solve that permanently, but in the meantime we have to disable the PM system for newcomers.
it should be back in the next couple of days, thanks for your patience!

So you guys moderate PM's? Or do people just report spam?

we never, ever read people's PMs, it's considered private conversation
the only way we can see them is if people report them or forward them to us.

In case you don't know, exactly one year ago Team Cyclops decided to end the support of their carts and screw their customers over, just a few months after they released their new promising DSi cart. So please join me to celebrate the one year anniversary of Team Screwclops :toot:

Warning! Spoiler inside.

It seems longer than a year, it was surprising how a team that provided 1st class support for their product decided to end it as they did.

I've moved on, the Cyclo is just a distant memory to me now.

I think we don't have the same definition of "first class support"

quoted from kotaku's article:

EA has revealed that come 2012 a whole range of titles using DICE's Frostbite 2 engine - the one powering games such as Battlefield 3 - will need a 64-bit operating system to even run

so I guess kotaku got it all wrong eh? someone needs to tell them :P

Kotaku's source is the Eurogamer article, where Robert Purchese postulates on a number of DICE titles which might be affected. Eurogamer's source is the tweet I mentioned.

Because it was posted on a blog, it must be true, right? Probably should check your sources next time.

blah blah blah.. what you said, in a nutshell, is really what I posted. end of conversation lol

EA has said nothing. The source of this is a tweet from a Frostbite Engine dev stating that they (DICE) will have some games requiring 64-bit processing.

In addition, Frostbite Engine 2 itself does not inherently require 64-bit processing. A lot of misreporting going on.

its being sorted out, we have multiple options to prevent that, we are trying to consider which one would be most effective.
