Can DSi update itself while I play online games??

I wondering about what will happen if I play my dsi online, can my dsi update itself automatically??

I afraid if I play online, it will update automatically, without my permission and blocked my flashkart AGAIN, just like 1.4 Update.

When the update release??

I just research another flaskart developer..

I heard that another developer (EZVi) will release the update next week.

But I haven't know and even have no idea when ak team release it. I just know that they're already fix it, but when ak team release it??

I hope at least ak team give information about how far they work on it? Are they will release it soon?? may be next week? Just like EZVi??
