I really hope this game is worth it. I have spent the last few hours trying to get this working, on my third attempt at downlo...errr purchasing, a working copy that I can decrypt and get running. I'm on 5.50 GEN-D3, is this a futile attempt? I tried using ISO Tool on the psp to decrypt, but the first file loaded up to the race-loading screen then froze there. After that I just got black screens or error messages..
I tried the demo on PS3 and it's fun, but the one track got boring quick.
anyone else seeing issues with the mod/kart selection screen? or whatever is on the left side of the screen during a race? it looks all scrambled to me, or doesn't show up at all.

Can vouch for PS3 Media Server too on the Mac. I had some issues at first streaming 720p videos, it would stutter, buffer, skip around, but after playing the with settings and slightly reducing some quality, it streamed beautifully. I think it also had to convert on the fly because they were al MKV, so that might have caused some slow-down...

That is a mod right? How was it done, looks kind of like a GBA afterburner mod.
Totally lovely! I might get a GB/C and do the same (after searching for a suitable backlight, obviously!)
Yes, it's a mod, not a difficult one either. Followed Bibin's tutorials (http://8bitcollectiv...ic.php?id=15322 here's a good starting point, he links to GBP, GBC and GBA mods on yet another site). I used the backlight module from a ds screen, cut it down to size, stripped the reflector off the back of the screen and wired it up. You just need a bit of wire and a resistor.
