Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight issues

I can't get my backup of Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight to work. I'm on 4.2U with DARKCORP v1 installed if that makes a difference. Anyone know what to do? I looked around, but it's not a popular game so nobody seemed to post much about it.

EDIT: Well apparently it works on NeoGamma. Doesn't work on the many other loaders I tried, but at least it's working now so problem solved.

DSi Browser update?

According to two people on NeoGAF, the DSi Browser has an update available in the DSi Shop. I checked my DSi Shop on my US DSi and I didn't see an update. Can anyone from another region confirm if there is an update or not? The people on NeoGAF didn't specify what region they are in. One of them said they didn't notice a difference however they didn't use the DSi Browser much so they're not sure.
