weird cheat look?

When I try to use cheats for Animal Crossing, they appear like this, I know it's bad quality, but you can see that most of the titles are blank, if I open a set, the cheats inside are weird symbols and stuff, the cheats are in English for other games, how do I get the Animal Crossing ones in English?

My card is a R4 SDHC Upgrade Revolution if that matters.

R4 popping and freezing?

I bought this R4 a few weeks ago and everything was fine (except for my DS sometimes not recognising it) but for the last few days, while i'm playing it makes that popping noise your DS makes when you turn it off and then it freezes. I was playing Animal Crossing on it the other day and it froze after selling some stuff, then yesterday i was playing Animal Crossing again and it froze while saving! then last night i was playing it again, just running around and it popped and then froze again. And it's not just Animal Crossing. It happened on an incredible machine ripoff and a Kirby game too. What's wrong with it and how do i fix it?

Black and White?

When i turned on my DS this morning, the menu on my SDHC R4 has changed it's skin and my autoloading R4YSauto is now completely in black and white. What's gone wrong?
