r4 with ysmenu need help

i have a problem with my r4 with ysmenu i get a error code saying error code= -82 and it only does it on european games and japanese games could someone tell me wats going on cause im trying to play fire emblem european version and i dont like the usa version cause originally im british

plz delete this it is a duplcate i didnt meen to make
