The music is in data/bgmusic -> Vorbis ogg format
The background is /data/background -> PNG format

After a Linux kernel boots, it looks for a program named init to run. This panic may mean that the kernel could not find or read the root file system, or there's no init in the root file system. Normally, if you install Busybox in your rootfs, then init should be there. Post your kernel boot command if you want me to take a look at it.
