They differ in more than just the dol files, so I'm pretty sure you'd have to have a separate game image for each one.

gameconfig.txt should be in the zip files you get from Project M's site.

That's weird, because I got it running today using the latest CFGloader.

Make sure you're using a recent version of the loader. It should work with the large GCT files
