Hi guys, I'm having crazy trouble playing online with GST using the disk channel. I've had a nose around the net and some people are saying it's because of game taking too long to load?
I know I should upgrade to the USB loader but I've yet to buy another hard drive (I'm not losing the 500gb of games and movies I've got on my current one!)
So if anyone has got it and can play backups through the disk channel can they try and play me online?
I just thought maybe if we are both using backups it might work?!
My EA ID is: Snaveage
Please help!
EDIT - For those struggling with online it seems that this is the answer. If you're using a backup loader/cioscorp or a chip that only runs at 3x speed you can only play against others doing the same.

4.0 + CiosCorp = A whole load of errors!
11 April 2009 - 12:19 PM
Hey guys!
I've just updated to 4.0 from 3.2 using a trucha signed IOS60 + waninkoko's updater. I then installed preloader and CiosCorp with the CIOS60BF.wad.
But now I seem to be getting a whole mess of unauthorised #0001 errors and #0002 errors when running games from the disk channel. All of the games that it is happening on worked perfectly using CIOSCorp on 3.2.
Any ideas? Or has anyone else been having these errors? I had a search but couldn't see anyone else complaining about it!
Cheers

Upgrading from 3.2E to 4.0E with CiosCorp
09 April 2009 - 10:33 PM
Hey all,
I've been out of the loop over all of this 4.0 malarky so I have no idea what is going on.
I've had a search but can't seem to find a decent guide on upgrading from 3.2E with CiosCorp and preloader to 4.0E keeping both.
Can anyone just drop some instructions on what I should install and in what order?
Cheers

Semi-Brick Install CIOS36_REV8?
15 March 2009 - 08:57 PM
Hey guys, one of my PAL Wii's has a semi-brick from updating from NTSC Mario Tennis. Now I can't get at the system settings.
I have the IOS30-64-V1040.wad and my system menu wad but WAD manager is shooting me a 2011 error when installing. I don't think there is any CIOS installed on it as it is chipped. Will installing rev8 sort this so I can install my Wads and be on my way?
Or is there an easier to solve it?
Cheers guys
EDIT- It's actually a 1035 error Wad manager is throwing out.
EDIT AGAIN - Just tried installing rev8 and it gives me a 2011 error. Any way around this?

Starting Fresh Due To 1035 Errors.

Hi there, mentioned this problem but the re-download, reinstall advice I received unfortunately hasn't worked. So I'll start from the beggining.
I've installed CIOSCORP pack which about half of the CIOS wads installed. The others I receive a ret = -1035 error through Wad Manager V1.3.
The ones that don't install are:
9
11
13
14
15
17
20
21
22
28
Now I figured that the best course of action would be to get everything back to square one and then just install what I need (I'm sure I've installed countless wads and others bits that I don't need over time.) I saw in another thread someone who was having the 1035 problem and fixed it by removing all of the CIOS and IOS he could through CIOS Uninstaller and Anytitledeleter. From reading the massive thread about the CIOSCORP pack however I wasn't sure if this was the right way to go because I have over instalelled the IOS with CIOS correct?
So am I best to upgrade to 3.4 and then go ahead and downgrade, starfall and then reinstall what I need and will this work?
Of course if anyone has a solution to fixing the 1035 error problem that I can use then that would save all the messing about!
Thanks all
