Hey everyone. Looking for some advice here.
I'm on system 3.2U, have a USA Wii and Starfall installed. It was set to region free but I think somehow it's reset. Today I was testing a channel wad I am working on and it's managed to brick my Wii. Here is my symptoms.
When I boot the Wii it loads up but all I get is a black screen. I have tried with pressing the Y button and it will come up with 3.2U in the bottom right hand corner. I have tested inserting a NTSC game as my Wii is USA version, and it will load up and play, but I can't get back to the system menu from the game, it just loads to a black screen. I tried two PAL games to see if they would load but they don't, they begin and then just stop spinning.
I have tried about 6 discs burned with USA system menu and an autoboot Wad Manager but neither will get past that initial load and just stop. I have also tried with boot.dol for my wad manager on my SD and nothing happens, tried using the reset the 4 direction trick and none will get past that 3.2U. The only way I can get past it is with a NTSC game. However I only have Wii Sports so I don't have nay with a Wii update on it and even then won't Starfall block the update as I had that set too.
I have searched and been trying to get assistance from Oops and nothing we have tried has worked.
Any help would be appreciated. Am I screwed or can I find a way to get the Wad removed or Wad Manager loaded?

Problem with Netgear Router
20 April 2009 - 01:03 AM
I just want to check that something hasn't been changed on here that is causing this problem with my Netgear Router.
Up until yesterday morning my computer could access the site perfectly, albeit some occasional slow loading when it was busy. Then all of a sudden yesterday I was unable to connect to the website. It's only this website just so you know, which is why I am asking this question. Now i hadn't changed anything on my pc or router, it just stopped all of a sudden.
I have been unable to resolve it through the router at all and that is running it through a PC and Mac and Macbook. All of with are going through my router. So after checking online and trying different stuff with my router to no avail, I tried it with my ISP's modem and it worked and connected fine. In fact I'm using it now to post this thread.
Anyhoo I am wondering if something has changed server side that might have triggered something in my Router and is causing it to block it in the firewall. I have updated my firmware and reset to factory settings on the Netgear router, I have also checked the blocked sites and it's turned off so I am completely stumped as to why it's blocking only gbatemp.net.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on or is this a known issue with the recent gbatemp server problems?
Any help appreciated, thanks.

OK I will be updating in the thread as normal but I will keep the first post updated with the newest images and information on how to use them.
Don Killah is including notes in the actual loader package itself so make sure you check those when installing to your SD card:

CHANGELOG
Rev 9 Alpha 6 - 10/05/09:
- Switched the main app folder to Coverflow7 instead of usbloaderDK, just rename your previous folder.
- Switched the main images folder to usb-loaderCF7 instead of usb-loaderAB, just rename your previous folder.
- Improved the code (had to rewrite it) so that now it’s fully compatible with forwarder’s.
- Provided our own and official forwarder.dol (nunchuck bug fixed) to inject in your own wad.
- Fixed a minor bug that prevented to load the main background if the config path was changed.
- Fixed a minor bug in main console transparency.
- Restored the old way to scroll a page due to user request : up = previous page and down = next page.
- Added the ability to hold the buttons down to scroll faster (it got me bored to keep on pressing them all the time...)
- Added the ability to download all missing covers. Press button 2 in the settings screen (if auto download is OFF, it will force downloading).
- Improved the cover download routine to allow the missing ones to be download.
- Removed the ability to delete a game while pressing minus in the settings screen.
Known bugs:
Some users (at least 2 of them) reported that if a nunchuck is attached to the wiimote, it will crash the wii.
It never happened to me, but i’ve read that there’s a workaround for it:
Hold A while booting the loader and it will bypass this “bug” (well still unverified, it did work for some user on another thread).

- Displaying the game's 3d cover in the settings, if it's not found looks for 4digit name cover, if not found... downloads it off the net.
- Fixed the "bug" that forces to press 2 time the A button to load a game if safe_mode is set to ON.
- Now take advantage of the game renaming if title.txt is present.
- Cosmetic code fixes...

Wii Speak
30 January 2009 - 07:49 PM
Hi guys, been a while since I was on.
I just got my copy of Wii Speak in the post, had to import the USA version as I have a USA Wii and found out that using the UK code didn't work on the USA channel. Anyhoo, after deleting any Wii Speak traces, I went to the shop channel and input the download ticket number and tried to install. All it is giving me is an error 204036.
I checked Ninty's site and it says it possibly a prob with the shop channel being offline or something or a possible router issue with the channel it is set to. So I tried the shop again today and still no luck, also set my router channel to 11 and no luck just the same error. So I am totally clueless as to whats the issue.
I checked using AnyTitleDeleter and I don't think I have 51 installed, which maybe I need to add. So can someone tell me if they know what is teh issue and how or what I can do to try resolve this.
I have the latest Homebrew channel installed, on 3.2U, starfall installed although I have tried uninstalling it in case that was the issue. Any help is appreciated.
Update: Just checked and I do have IOS51 and IOS36 installed.
